When you book a Kajabi Intensive with me, you’re booking my time and expertise for that day and not a set of deliverables.
Because I have so much experience with Kajabi, I can deliver a final product to you in much less time than it would take you to tackle it on your own.
Your Kajabi Intensive is customized to your specific needs, and value-packed with my seven+ years of experience working with dozens of clients on their Kajabi sites.
How much we can accomplish during a Kajabi Intensive truly depends on how responsive you are and how thorough your prep work is. I am extremely efficient, but I'm only half of the equation.
To book:
- Read the Kajabi Intensive Client Agreement (a summary of the key terms is listed below).
- Book your Kajabi Intensive date. Please give yourself at least two weeks so we have enough time to prepare.
- Pay the 50% deposit. This is the deposit for the entire Kajabi Intensive Package; the Onboarding Call, the pre-work, a 7-8 hour VIP Day, and 30 days of support after.
Summary of key terms:
Kajabi Intensive Day: I will devote around 7-8 hours on your Kajabi project, as well as 30 days of post-Intensive day email support. Remember that you're booking time and expertise and not a specific set of deliverables. I will give you my best estimate of how long your project will take based on my experience, but different factors, like the amount of content, how prepared your content is for me, any revisions that need to be made, etc. will affect the total time your project takes.
30 Days of Email Support: You are welcome to ask any questions or concerns about work completed during your Intensive day. The email support period does not include additional project revisions. If additional work is needed, you are more than welcome to book another half or full Intensive day.
Payment Terms: To reserve your spot on my calendar, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due the day after your Intensive day.
90-Day Limit: Your Kajabi Intensive must take place within 90 days of paying the 50% deposit. If it doesn't, you lose your deposit and will need to book a new day (possibly at a higher rate).
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your Intensive day, you can reschedule once without penalty with at least 7 days' written notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will forfeit the 50% deposit and will need to book a new Kajabi Intensive Day with me, which may or may not be higher than the original rate. Once you are less than 7 days from your Kajabi Intensive date, then your date cannot be rescheduled. You either have the option of cancellation or having me complete as much as possible for you on your Kajabi Intensive day with the content you have ready for me!
Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your Kajabi Intensive Day, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

How should I prepare for my Kajabi Intensive Day?
During our Onboarding Call we'll develop a detailed plan for your Kajabi Intensive Day. Based on that, I'll customize a list of tasks for you to complete. You'll also get access to my online course, which includes video lessons for everything you need to do in order to get ready for your Kajabi Intensive Day!
What happens if I need to reschedule my Kajabi Intensive Day?
As long as you give me at least 7 days' notice, you can reschedule your day once for any future available dates in the next 90 days from the original booking!
If you need to reschedule more than once, you'll forfeit the 50% deposit and will need to book a new project.
Do I need to have Kajabi?
Yes. It's okay if your account is brand-new (I'll help you get it set up), but you will need to have an account, and grant me admin access, before our VIP Day.
What if my internet goes down on my Kajabi Intensive Day?
If something outside of our control happens that derails your Kajabi Intensive Day (like the internet going out or someone getting sick), we'll reschedule however many hours we lost for a different day.
What if the project doesn't get completed in a day?
Depending on the scope of work, you can book multiple days if needed or add on an additional half-day after your full day. I can give my best estimate before the project begins, but the amount of work we can get done in a day truly depends on how prepared you are ahead of time with the information I need, how available and responsive you are on the Kajabi Intensive day, how many revisions you would like made, and how clear you are about the exact needs of your project ahead of time.
Does the project include copywriting?
Yes! I will take your onboarding form and what we discuss during our onboarding call and convert it into copy for you pages. You'll then have the opportunity to review and revise the copy before anything goes live.
