When you book a VIP day with me, you’re booking my time and expertise for that day and not a set of deliverables.
Because I have so much experience with Kajabi, I can deliver a final product to you in much less time than it would take you to tackle it on your own.
Your Kajabi VIP Day is customized to your specific needs, and value-packed with my six+ years of experience working with dozens of clients on their Kajabi sites.
How much we can accomplish on the VIP day truly depends on how responsive you are and how thorough your prep work is. I am extremely efficient, but I'm only half of the equation.
To book:
- Read the Kajabi Intensive Client Agreement (a summary of the key terms is listed below).
- Book your 90-minute Strategy Session. This can take place as soon as you'd like, and will ideally happen about two weeks before your VIP Day.
- Pay the 50% deposit. This is the deposit for the entire Kajabi VIP Day Package; the Strategy Session, the pre-work, a 6-7 hour VIP Day, and 30 days of support after.
Summary of key terms:
VIP Day: I will devote around 6-7 hours on your Kajabi project, as well as 30 days of post-VIP day email support. Remember that you're booking time and expertise and not a specific set of deliverables. I will give you my best estimate of how long your project will take based on my experience, but different factors, like the amount of content, how prepared your content is for me, any revisions that need to be made, etc. will affect the total time your project takes.
30 Days of Email Support: You are welcome to ask any questions or concerns about work completed during your VIP day. The email support period does not include additional project revisions. If additional work is needed, you are more than welcome to book another half or full VIP day.
Payment Terms: To reserve your spot on my calendar, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due the day after your VIP day.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can reschedule once without penalty with at least 7 days' written notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will forfeit the 50% deposit and will need to book a new VIP Day with me, which may or may not be higher than the original rate. Once you are less than 7 days from your VIP date, then your date cannot be rescheduled. You either have the option of cancellation or having me complete as much as possible for you on your VIP day with the content you have ready for me!
Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your VIP Day, your 50% deposit for your VIP day is nonrefundable.

How should I prepare for my VIP Day?
During our 90-minute Strategy Session we'll develop a detailed plan for your VIP Day. Based on that, I'll customize a list of tasks for you to complete. You'll also get access to my Experts Resource Vault course, which includes video lessons for everything you need to do in order to get ready for your VIP Day!
What happens if I need to reschedule my VIP Day?
As long as you give me at least 7 days' notice, you can reschedule your day once for any future available dates in the next 90 days from the original booking!
If you need to reschedule more than once, you'll forfeit the 50% deposit and will need to book a new project.
Do I need to have Kajabi?
Yes. It's okay if your account is brand-new (I'll help you get it set up), but you will need to have an account, and grant me admin access, before our VIP Day.
What if my internet goes down on my VIP Day?
If something outside of our control happens that derails your VIP Day (like the internet going out or someone getting sick), we'll reschedule however many hours we lost for a different day.
What if the project doesn't get completed in a day?
Depending on the scope of work, you can book multiple days if needed or add on an additional half-day after your full day. I can give my best estimate during our Strategy Session, but the amount of work we can get done in a day truly depends on how prepared you are ahead of time with the information I need, how available and responsive you are on the VIP day, how many revisions you would like made, and how clear you are about the exact needs of your project ahead of time.
Does the project include copywriting?
No (I'm not a copywriter). But I will share with you copy prompts and page templates as part of the pre-work process, so you have plenty of guidance for what to write.
